Use:
-Pharmaceutical field: as a kind of anti-tumor drugs. TPZ can be reduced to active metabolites in vivo, causing DNA damage and inducing cell apoptosis, so as to achieve the effect of tumor treatment.
-Other applications: TPZ is also used as an organic dye, photoelectric material and photosensitizer.
Method:
TPZ is usually synthesized as follows:
1.2-methyl -4-bromothiophene and 1-piperazine methylamine reaction, through the reduction and nucleophilic substitution reaction to form the target compound.
